Game freeze spells/spell book

Hi guys i jus got this wierd prolbem.The game does this 2 sec freeze when casting or open/closeing spell book. Anyone know what i messed up? I thought it was the UI i was useing but it does it in default as well.

By any chance, does your drive light go on when your game freezes?

Ill let you know soon as i can log in. i hit repatch all and now the patcher is getting stuck at random files or pop hashtable. No firewall/virus on. sigh....

my old computer had this problem and it turned out it was the IDE drivers I had installed by nvidia. After installing the normal microsoft ide drivers it went away.
