Full screen mode/Male Graphics

ok noob questions, how do i go to full screen mode, currently after instaling corectly (i hope) and opening i get beta 2.35 but cant go to full screen mode when playing, ive downloaded the dual core fix, and i also cant seem to select the male models only the female (i know how to get around the bug) please help a noob in distress

ok figured out how to get the male modles lol i realy was a noob, still not sure how to get to full screen mode tho

On the patcher screen click "advanced", uncheck "Use EQW" then while ingame press alt+enter.
