Frostflame / Lure of the Elements and Quick Damage

I've recently purchased the AA Quick Damage and noticed that it does not lower the casting time on Spell: Frostflame and Spell: Lure of the Elements (Level 63 and 64 wizard spells, respectively). Quick Damage is described to decrease the casting time of "damage spells with a casting time of greater than 4 seconds", so I'd think that these combo spells should qualify.

When I did a forum search, the only thing I found remotely close to this was a post by Zhak that pointed out that Frostflame used to break FD, likely due to its unusual nature. Thus, I request that Frostflame and Lure of the Elements be made to be effected by the Quick Damage AA.

It's probably the same thing I posted in that zhak fd thread. Frostflame and Lure of the Elements aren't "real" damage spells, and so are missed by the AA.
