On a specific note just want to suggest you take a look at spawn rate of the Froglok Collector, had to kill PH about 12 times to get it to spawn and killed Sigritz 4 times while waiting. Given it's a very low level quest, spawn rate seems a bit harsh with 30 min repop.
 
Lol further on than you think

Just observing that while you expect a long haul trying to get runic bits in Kaesora, seen one drop in 4 visits, this is a low level quest to be camping for sveeral hours.
 
I agree, I just did this quest for the heck of it about 2 weeks ago, and was wondering why the spawn on the collector was so rare for such a relatively low level quest. I was there over the course of 2 days, and almost gave up, eventually just sticking to it out of stubbornness and spite. I swear I killed about 25 PHs.
