Former EverCrack addict back for more...

So many years ago, one of my close friends (almost like family) had an EverCrack account. And they let me make an account on it.

Bad mistake :)

Because you see, I quickly took to playing EQ. I started off with a Wood Elf Druid, but my main was a Gnomish Magician. EQ is the only reason I have ever actually pulled an all nighter. (I'm smarter than to do that now XD) Anyhow, I grew rather attached to the game.

Then tragedy struck.

My friend had to move. No longer could I play the very godly game of EverQuest. It would be hard, but I would have to unaddict myself.

Years passed.

One of my friends has tried to get me to join a Lineage 2 private server that he is part of. He succeeded. However...it just did not feel right. Limited customability, an accelerated experience and money drop, and to put it quite frankly, idiotic staff caused me to long for the good old days.

So I searched Google for Everquest private servers. And this is the main one that I found. I was a bit skeptical about joining it, seeing as I am used to the landmass of the original EQ and all that...however, this seems to be the best EQ private server out there.

So once more shall my gnomish Magician be able to summon companions and put on fireworks shows!

Well Definitely a warm welcome,

I was in the same boat .. only difference is when my friend moved.. I started my own account and transfered most of my items before he had a chance to change the password :)

Ive only actually been playing for about a week but I am finding it to be just as much fun in the first 10 levels of the game then most of the time I played other games :)

Its nice to have former players who understand the power of addiction :) they make the best group mates.

I sorta kinda lacked the funds to start up my own account back then...I was around 15, and I lived in the countryside, with no place in easy walking distance to work.

But I am confused about two things. The first is that my avatar is 150x by 150x (if I get it from my PhotoBucket), and it's supposed to be smaller than that. Why is it enlarging? And also...what's the deal with Mitch Lawrence?

The Mitch Lawrence avatars are photoshops done by sp4mm (i think) and are staff only, few staff don't use it but the majority have them.

Yeah, I read a few posts and I am pretty graphic savvy and was going to make one but then saw a thread that WIZ had about them being staff only.

Its kind of interesting to see what they can do with that picture :)

As for your avatar ,, im not sure , most avatars are set to 100 x 100 in size .. I thought that was just an industry standard.
