Can confirm this. Maul proc is borked again.

For some reason not known to me maul has code that ends up giving it a terrible chance to proc until you finish at least 1 tome of blood feast.

As soon as i had 30% of blood feast I finished the maul proc rate became much more reasonable.

I'm not trying to burst any bubbles here but I actually reported everything about this to Slaariel on IRC at least a full month before I even got a Wand of Altered Mana. He either didn't respond or was apathetic. It was very difficult to get any response from the staff regarding anything.
