Is there any Focus Affects that helps Bards.

Maybe bane enhancement there's this guy in the batman comics named Bane and he wears this mask and well I hear bards can wear masks too so you can see the similarity so if you have bane enhancement that can make you better and well I hope that helps.

I suppose damage increment and range increment can be useful, but I'm not 100% certain.

Bard songs are treated differently than spells in a couple of ways, focus effects being one of them. Instead, songs are affected by instrument mods. Damage Increment, Elemental and Spell Crit Focuses (and rarely Healing Increment, Affliction Enhancement or Bane Enhancement) can help item (or buff-based) procs. Duration Increment can help some clicky buffs.

But yeah, Instrument Mods are super focus effects.
