Flight of Eagles overwriten by Spirit

I had a perma Flight of Eagles, but it got overwriten by a regular Spirit of the Eagle. Could this be changed, please?

Is it really a bug? FoE < SoE hence is overwritten. I realise this doesn't count for perma, but.... isn't it how all similar spells work too?

Yeah. As far as I'm aware, as I stated in the post itself, 'similar spells', or rather similar situations (group vs single), result in the single overwriting the group.......

Hence what I said.

(Though perhaps someone else could confirm this..)

So, FoE shouldn't be overwritten by SoE?

(Does level of spell refer to the minimum level of any class to cast it, or the minimum level of the class casting it to cast it? (ie, Dru SoE = 50something, Ranger SoE = 65 - and SoE from a ranger can't be cast on a sub lvl 45, so it seems to be class rules))

Semi-on-topic, could it be made that perma's can't be overwritten?

SoE shouldn't overwrite perma FoE. Buglist it.
