fix: Valorium A pants please (since you nerf'd the hexi doll)

It looks like you can change items at will without a patch, I was told by 2 gm's my leggings would have the weight adjusted from 2.3wt to more monk friendly. http://shardsofdalaya.com/fomelo/fomelo.php?char=nuglug (the warrior/plate wearing characters pants are only .4 wt)... I assume since my hexi doll was nerf'd last night my leggings would have gotten adjusted, guess that musta slipped someones mind

Pretty sure waldoff said this was done on purpose because there are plenty of other monk pants at that tier.
