Fishing skill 69

Hello, everyone was so helpful last time, We have another question. Fishing skill is now 69, have fished in erudin, goblinskull and then made it to 69 in Sea of Swords. The skill increases were really slowing down terribly in Sea of Swords so made the run to Rivervale. Been fishing in Rivervale on the second RL day now and not one increase. I am able to catch fish but not increase my skill.

Where is the place to be for fishing skill increases at fishing skill 69 and up?

Oh forgot to add, I believe it says on the wiki that Sea or Swords takes you to 125. Fishing became really slow at 69. Does that happen and to go back to Sea of Swords, or did I read the wiki wrong and should be somewhere else at this time?
