Fishing merchant for evils

I read through the fishing tradeskill wiki and noticed all of the merchants appear to be in Iksar distrusting cities. Is there a fishing merchant for ogre/troll/iksar/DEs etc? My apologies if I misread.

Newport merchants were dubious and would not sell to me. However, I did ring 1 and turned in ~30 faction coins and hit apprehensive. After that, they sold to me.

Athica merchants were indifferent and sold to me.

Actually, we evils have a lovely bunch of fishing merchants: The Froglok Fishers!

Hang around by the Meil A zone, they drop a pole and bait every time.

That's a good point, I almost forgot about that...
