First ruins bankers

Possible to make the Underdark Bankers in First Ruins actual bankers?

I loved being able to bank in odd places like Runnyeye and Chardok on live.
 
How would that work RP wise? I would hate to nerf this for everyone, but being able to bank with kos bankers just because they are green(and wont attack) is not very cool RP wise.
 
Necro's and Enchanters should have no problem being able to bank there. You can bank in red sun mines at the bankers, and shop off the merchants as well. Unless there's a plot reason for the bankers not to serve anyone, they should open their vaults to those they aren't KoS to.
