The description for this AA is,

"This skill will give you one additional symphony slot. Additionally, increased dexterity in scribbling gives Bards shorter memorization times."

Does this give us another Melody slot or is this another spell-slot? Sorry if this is on the forums somewhere, I couldn't find it.
 
No it doesn't, that part was never added in, at the moment it is just shorter spell memorization, but wiz has posted he plans on changing it.
