This is a huge pathing code issue that requires LOTS of work. Somes zones are good to go, some are not. I wouldn't look to this anytime soon...unless things have changed a lot.
can fear spell be altered to the same fear effect as mobs cast on you (as you cant mvoe or act). Or take fear spell away from mobs they get too cheap with it lol had my whole group feared all at once in fearstone lol.
Fear is in some zones.. zones with crazy pathing pretty much any indoor zone u can't fear... i think it might stun the mob for a long time not sure tho... anyway most outdoor zones support fear like plaque, the blight so u necs can still fear kite.
