Failed to load the Graphics DLL

One of these things might fix your problem:
  • Change BitsPerPixel in eqclient.ini from 32 to 16
  • Install from Titanium disks
  • Run the game without EQW
  • Disable Norton anti-virus

It's hard to guess which if any of these might fix the problem based on your description.

open your eq directory and locate your eqclient.ini file.
inside that file you'll find all kinds of fun stuff to play with.
make a copy on your desktop first to save yourself from trouble.
