Hi all, I just signed up for SoD because just the thought of EQ makes me nostalgic to no end! I read through the forum rules and it said I may not ask for any downloadable content, be it the original game or not, so I won't ask for links! I don't want to get banned so early in my account, so hopefully this next question does not arouse anger...is it possible to obtain the necessary EQ software to play on this server from **** or something? I used to have an EQ account, so would they let me download the basic expansions to run this server? Again, sorry if I asked too much or stepped a boundary here, please kill this thread if i did...I just really wanna hop on board asap! Thanks
 
The taboo subject is warez. The server believes coders should be paid. But you can get a legit online copy from the Vendor, Direct2drive, and/or Steam. Or buy a hard copy expansion Titanium edition or later off Amazon.
 
When I had an install issue after new laptop, I reactivated my account there, and got everything direct from the vendor.
