error at server select

Howdy folks,
I patch all files, load up eq, login and once i select my server and click play it gives me an error and closes the program. Anyone have a solution?

I tried reinstalling dotnetfx and its not helping. Might it be do to a slow internet connect? or high number of players on server? Would be nice if somene shed some light.
