Error 1017 (can't connect to server)

Select SoD server , click "PLAY" button, there are some loading.
Afterward, the "Error 1017" occurs.

"Error 1017 : Cannot login to the Everquest server. You may need to re-run the Update patch. Repeatedly seeing this message indicates a loss of connectivity to the Patch Server. This is usally temporary."

How can I connect to server?
for reference I live in South Korea. and account name is "didtjdah123".
Please reply the solution.

1017 usually means that your internet is busy with other things. Stop all downloads, stop all uploads and try again.

For what it's worth, I have the same issue. I can log in and I get the server list with "SoD Malath" listed, but every time I click on the 'Play' button, it freezes for a short while at the "Submitting player to World Server" state and then gives a 1017 error.
