EQWindows problem

Hello, old player returning just trying to get back into game. On a new laptop and attempting to set up SOD. However, my one problem is that Windower is not working correctly.

Windower ends up near the top of my screen, cutting off about 30% of the window, most importantly the top part of the window. I can't seem to find a fix searching for it on the boards. Anyone know of a possible way to fix this?

Currently using Vista, it looks like this:

Also, you have to log in to a character before you can set the window the way you want. Alt-o, display, resolution, blah blah.

You can also edit the eqw.ini file in your eqw directory under where you have the patcher and manually edit the offsets. In the [Positions] section, look for the resolution you run, and adjust the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) values accordingly. If you play full-screen, I find that very small negative values (like -5ish) work well to move the eqw border off your display but keep all of the game screen visible.

You mean like... right click program in taskbar, and choose move?

Or switching resolutions and moving it?

Etc?

Attempted those already, doesn't work. The window is determined to remain stationary.

Worked for the most part, going to need some tweaking but at least I can see the entire screen now, thank you.
