Eqhost thing

I try to log into the game, but it says i dont have the Eqhost file. I checked and i do have the file, only to find out my brother changed the stuff inside so he could play "Raid Addicts" (needless to say i was P.Oed) We changed it back to what the file is on my moms laptop and it STILL says it cant find the file. Please please PLEASE if you can tell me what your eqhost file has inside so i know what to put mine too, i will owe you BIG TIME.

Here is what is in my Eqhost file right now:

Host=eqlplogin.*********.com:15400
