EQ Anniversary edition?

I thought I'd post this here also. I originally put it in the Tech Support area but maybe it should've gone here:

Is it still ok to purchase EQ Anniversary rather than EQ Titanium to properly download/run SOD? I see there is a huge price difference between the 2 on Amazon. Even for the used ones.

If so, and I purchase the Anniversary bundle, I will not need anything else, correct? It includes all necessary expansions...?
