Could anyone give me a logical reason why Swift Like The Wind overwrites a Soulbond Empower?

Swift Like The Wind = 60% Haste, Duration 160 Ticks

Empower = 60% Haste, +Agi, +Ac, +Sta Regen, Duration 1800 ticks

swift like wind is a haste buff and empower is a statbuff with a haste component. they have different icons.
