Would it be possible to get numbers behind this tome? like % healing transferred? % crit given per 10% hp lost or how ever it's computed?

My notes say 7.5% per rank for the heal thing and ((110 - HPRatio)*(15*rank))/100 pet crit chance, i.e. 1[.5]% if you're at 100% HP and 15% if you're at 10% HP, at rank 1.
