Alright, so I have a bit of an issue. I'm switching from Vista to Windows XP and attempting to re-join SoD.
I recently installed EQ Titanium (same as I used to have). I followed, to a letter, the installation instructions, logged in, and played, on SoD, for quite a while.
Now when I run the SoD patcher (with the EQw box checked) the game does not open at all. The window simply closes, and never launches.
When I run EQw, without the SoD patcher, the game runs fine - however, I have a dual core system and without the ability to bind the game to a processor (via the SoD patcher) I quickly get graphical errors.
I can play EQ via the launcher, without EQw, in full-screen mode, but that's not how I want to roll.
Any suggestions?
