Kaladam B, the Prince.

He's a 24 hour spawn but drops it every time? I think any way. There are a bunch of mobs around his spawn points that you're going to have to kill, most of them are Paladin's / Priests. The actual Betrayer resides in the Pally guild, the castle thingy, across from the Priest (cleric) guild, that is in the small building.

Do not go into the cleric guild room, I'll warn you now. Just leave that place well enough alone.

It drops from the betrayer at the end of the pally/cleric guild in kaladim b and is 50+ ish nasty lifetap aslo drops 2 other items. Doesnt drop items everytime and only 1 of his drops will drop if a rare drops =P

Heh, Balthor would know best, he's the one who originally guided me there back in the day. Mind you I never camped him nor did I ever get the earring... so yeah.
