dual core problem

hey guys im having that dual core fps problem, ive read the sticky and looked all over the internet and i have tried everything. and nothing has worked. Itried setting the affinity to eqgame.exe but it keeps denying me access. ive downloaded every driver imaginable. and i still cant get it to work. the only thing i havent tried is fixing it in the regedit. the guides ive seen are too helpful and i dont want to screw it up. Anyone know of a guide that could break it down for someone who doesnt have a bachelor's degree in computer tech? or maybe an alternitive i havent tried yet?

wow, cool i had same prob too. Thanks for clearing that up. is it possible to Copy and slap that last line for the rest of us on that sticky?
