Drop table changes.

Im not sure if this is the place to ask, or if im even allowed to ask.

But my reason for this post, is that i have been killing the Overfiend in Deepshade many many times. So far i have seen 4 different drops off him, all have been sellable (Hat, Robe, Gloves and Sword).
The item im trying to get him to drop is a no drop item.

Was he changed? Does his drop table still include no drop items?
 
If you're talking about the bracelet I've only seen it drop once over the course of numerous kills. This was probably over a year ago now so who knows.
 
took me 17 kills to get my wrist, gl

you can get a similar / better item in Citadel thou from the Shadow Mistress.. same clicky but is shorter cast and inventory clickable
