Dragon Faction quests

I'm trying to get my Dragon faction back again. I have killed giants until indifferently, and I've been searching for quests I can do to raise my faction further.

Right now I only know of the Storm Giant Head turning, but I can't solo the giants that drop them. Is there any other quest to raise my current standings with the Dragons? Something like the orc teeth for Giants?

I'm looking for quests that I can do solo at 65. I have my reasons, and don't doubt that I will try to gather Storm Giant Heads whenever possible (need a group for them). But that's not what I'm looking for in this post.
 
I've been trying to find this crappy dragon 2 or 3 times per day over like 7 days. If you're in a raiding guild that can kill this guy... please don't do it :).

Just let me know answering to this post so I can check that faction quest.

Right behind the three giants. If you're killing the giants, you can't miss Eto standing there probably 100 feet infront of them. He's closer to Batty or DHK along the wall than the SG zone.
 
I've been having a look around and there is no such * version of Eto. Can anyoen confirm it is not missing, please?


EDIT: I was just told in IRC that there is no * version. It's planned, but not still there. So forget this post. :p
 
I've been trying to get the info in /ooc with no luck. Can anyone tell me when was Demitri Eto last killed?

I haven't seen him up in a week or more, while I've seen all other WW dragons up. If this dragon hasn't shown up, I'll try asking a GM to check if it's bugged or something (maybe underworld :)).
