I'm back with another minor visual suggestion (feel free to ban me at any time).

Using the Titanium installer and the SoD patcher, eqclient.ini seems to install with DoProperTinting flagged to False by default. It should be set to true True. Is it possible for the SoD Patcher to set this to true for all new players (read: first time patchers)?
 
I'm aware that .ini modding and console commands are possible; all I'm suggesting is that something that should be enabled by default is not. Seems like a strange design philosophy to expect a completely new player to run an obscure console command in order to get the game to look like it's supposed to.
 
Interesting to know, thanks for the clarification. I may take a second look at this, though, as I believe DoProperTinting is enabled by default in a vanilla Titanium install. If that's correct, that means some variable is getting switched somewhere during the actual SoD install. Whether it's a side-effect of the client or not, I have no idea. Like I said in the OP, this is a minor issue - I'm just pointing it out because I notice these kinds of things.
