Donator Status?

First of all, thanks for a great game. We found SoD a couple of weeks ago and are loving it.

My cousin and I both signed up for Gold Donator status almost a week ago. We've yet to hear anything or get any emails other than the PayPal confirmation. /cm golditem is giving a "Your access level is not high enough..." message.

I resent the email to [email protected] on Wednesday, per a post by Wiz I believe, saying to resend it after 48 hours.

I asked in IRC a couple of times and got no response.

Emails to [email protected] are returned with:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 This user's mailbox is full ([email protected]) - Try again later

I assumed with a volunteer staff it might take a couple of days. I understand you guys don't get paid and do this as a hobby, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort you all put in to it, but it would be nice to at least get some confirmation that the donation was received. If it will take 3 weeks to be flagged as a donator, I can wait, but even a form email saying "Donation received, we'll get to you eventually." would be better than nothing.

It does take a couple of days. I usually process all the donator requests on Sundays; meaning if you signed up on a Monday then it'll likely take 6 days.

We do add time on to the end of your donation period if it takes an awful long time to flag you.

Concerns can also be sent via in-game petition.
