Do clerics get the Soloing abbilirt as Live as got

can Clerics solo or melle as they can on live or havnt SoD added a spell for yet

they get a Reverse Ds kinda thing , like a wepon proc , but reversed so they hit u got and 1/4 chance of getting nuked

level 50 1 is 200 , ten there some more , those spells were added in DoN , but thoguht maybe u could add one

and theres a proc spell ,

level 71 , 800 proc , 1200 HOt for the procer

like add one for lets say 61 for 300 and maybe 500 hot

and a 65 relic one lets say 500 DD and 650 HOT

well this is more like a suggustion and a question un shure where two putin

Clerics can melee pretty decently here as is, if they are geared for it.

Your "suggestion" would make clerics too powerful most likely, this isnt Live man.

yea i know , thats why u customamaz it , as it is , as i look , looks like if a cleric isnt raid geared , they cant melle or solo

You can still do some dps for basically zero mana cost between heals, which gets to be pretty decent as you pile on AAs/focus effects.

Also i got a 34 druid , but stoped playing much m cuase was 2 expernsive , spells were csting 10pp each etc

also , if i got bard 2 65 , is there anyway i can use my bard 2 assist my level 1 in leveling? other than gear ...

Yes you can use your bard to assist lower level characters, but it seems to me your asking far too many questions and likely not playing the game enough. I would just hop in, if you have questions ask the newbie guild dalaya's beginners and learn as you go.

Cleric spells and Bard songs aren't going to be any cheaper than Druid spells.

Powerleveling is frowned upon here, and there are many controls in place to help keep this in check. That said, bards don't make the best powerelevels. Again, you'd be much better off with a druid.

Good thing you posted in the thread then.


To the OP, Clerics and other casters have a higher max skill level for their weapon abilities than they did on Live. Also, you won't have to be raid geared to get your hammer summoning spell, and decent enough armor made from tradeskills can be bought. You should still be able to solo well enough.

(Maybe the weapon skill thing was offense, or only pure int casters, I don't remember)

Cleric's aren't really a class that is built for soloing. Though you will be able to do it decently once you are raid geared enough. I'd say you could safely solo once you are a few tiers in. Other then that, we get a summoned hammer like the others have stated 20/15 - 325dd. It procs often, and it is definitely good to use with your Yaulp line of spells.

But a cleric is a cleric. They are there to heal, and be boring. I've been doing it for alittle over three years and trust me, its no party. That's why I am thankful that boxing is allowed on this server. I can play a tank with my cleric and exp boringly by myself or I can start my own party.

But adding a self-proc + self hot would definitely overpower us a bit. I see no need for it. The ones on live like you said are for level 71's. Of course they are going to give you an insane proc/hot spell for such a high level in a game where everything is extremely unbalanced. It's how they keep their subscribers happy.
