We'd like to gather some information so that we can try to pinpoint the issue:
If you have been having disconnection problems, please send me **a private message** with the following information (important):
- When have you first noticed the issue (approximately)?
- Account Name that was logged in at the time of disconnection
- Character Name that was logged in at the time of disconnection
- Were you dual boxing when the disconnection took place? Do both characters get disconnected ?
- Were you able to re-connect right away ? If not, how long does it take for you to be able to re-connect ?
- Your Country and Timezone (Timezone will be used to convert all logs to the same timezone for easier analysis)
- Your operating system (E.g, Windows XP SP1 or SP2.. Windows Vista, Windows 7, Linux, OS X)
- Public IP Address (Obtained from http://www.whatismyip.com/)
- A traceroute to 72.55.164.91 (Procedure on how to do a traceroute can be found here: http://kb.siteground.com/article/How_to_perform_traceroute_checks_in_Windows_Linux_and_MacOS.html)
- An excerpt of the file dbg.txt found in your SoD directory (only the last 2 minutes before the crash, please)
