Did I dream? Portal in Lake Starfall...

I could swear I saw a post by Wiz stating that a portal to Lake Starfall would be/has already been added... Yet I cannot find that post again. I tried reading all the relevant threads and making several searches, all to no avail. Did I dream or what?
