Demitri Eto And Dragon Faction Quest

I was told there's a * version of Demitri Eto seen by many, but he's not around to turn in the swords. I did see Two * versions of Outcast though which was weird.

I need ally to dragons so that i can obtain my ytraz. Please take a look into this.
 
I was told that the * version of Eto is planned and is not in, yet.

But the normal version of this mob doesn't seem to spawn correctly, because noone has been able (or willing) to tell me when was it seen alive for the last time. I was going to post a little request to have this mob checked, but since you posted something related already, I'll just say here that I haven't seen him up in more than a week, checking his spawn point more than twice a day. I may be unlucky since I've seen any other WW dragon up at least twice in this time, but I would really appreciate if some GM could check it.

If there doesn't exist a * version, could someone check the spawn on him? he hasn't spawned for more than a week.

Or maybe if it's under some GM's power to spawn a * version for him , that would work?
 
i havn't seen the * in over a month and i port there ALOT to check things and just run to whereever i always track
