While I know what you're talking about, 99% of folks don't.
Some pertinent information such as character name, etc., help.
IIRC, there is an issue with the e-mail address the character is registered under. My advive is to send a COHERENT e-mail including the account name, any drops, upgrades, etc., the character has gotten recently that only someone with current account access would know, any characters you currently have under that account name that are still valid/playable.
Again. Please be coherent, and provide as much information as possible (without rambling on needlessly about how your cat walked across the keyboard and managed to push delete and enter on the are you sure, how your wife hates you playing, so deleted it out of spite, how your buddy thought it was a fun joke).
Simply "restore my deleted char it got deleted OMFG!" is not enough.
