I hate for my first post to be a question, but is there a place listing the benefits/restrictions for all the various deities?
I've searched all over the wiki and had no problem finding information about the Island of Voices or the list of deities but nothing outside of what I can already read in game, and searching on the forums only turned up a thread from 2006 saying things had changed linking to:

but when I click the link it asks for me to login and says the thread could not be found/I don't have permission to view it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I am personally a big fan of the Divine Light and the Pariah. The lure of the 20% bonus is always out there, maybe a diety aug or diety plane/quests, but the flat 15% no matter what you do and zero restrictions is fine choice.

Valor augment is pretty nice and is one of the 'crappy' deity augs. Once we start seeing augments like Tarhyl it will be a harder decision on what to pick.moghedancarns said:

I love max/min'ing my characters on almost every game I play. I picked Enthann because I have a 20% to spec. bonuses AND a pretty badass deity aug. However, the biggest reason I chose Enthann is because he allows you raid his zone, and for me, seeing/doing content is the most important thing for me.
If you are worried about max/min'ing your character, then wait for the deity augs to come out so you can choose which you like the best. If you don't care about the quest augs or the spec bonus, then just choose whatever you would like. If you want to see all of the content and get a few cool things as well...choose Enthann. I think there is supposed to be 1-2 more deities with zones that aren't "raidable", so those may be good choices if you do not want to miss content.
Some people also do it for roleplay purposes.
Waiting on the quests/zones to come out might be a long wait. Some people are impatient or just don't care. In the long run I really do not think it will make or break your character.

I think some people are more interested in getting specialization points now. Especially considering that its pretty difficult to change your alignment once you get a certain distance into the MQ, the god you'll eventually swear to is probably already becoming obvious. The specialization is pretty nice, and while the augs will vary and certain zones that are more of a sacrifice to skip will offer more hp/mana I doubt any particular aug will be insanely overpowered.
While you can raid Plane of Valor without any penalty if you swear to Enthann, I believe I heard that there with be another zone with mobs aligned to Enthann that you will not be able to attack if you are sworn to him. This was awhile ago tho, plans might have been changed since then.

Divine Light is the pantheon as a whole, so it likely will not have a seperate plane, unless it was a kind of connection plane to the others.
