I'm not sure if I'm looking at the wrong place but I went to talk with Tarhansar and told me to GTFO and talk to his Prophet.

I'm not sure if the prophet is that T4 mob that is never up but if it's the case, could there be some quest version? Or I'm simply not looking at the right place.
