Dance of Death Style?

Am I missing something with this style.... all it has done to me is cause me to get hit for INSANE dmg that kills me in one shot. I get the idea of it being dangerous but is it intended to kill you every time??? if so what is the purpose or utility of it? Open to ideas

Dance of Death
Pre-Reqs: Level 50, Two-Handed Weapon equipped. Weapon max delay of 40.
Stamina Usage: Very High (Active)
Effect: The monk positions his weapon offensively, neglecting his own defense to strike at foes as they open themselves by attacking him. Completely removes the monk's ability to avoid hits. Instead, he gains the ability to return strike once with his weapon against enemies that attack him.

Not sure if that style is bugged or what, but it sounds like the ultimate riposite focus. Most likely best used when trying to gain aggro in a group of lower level mobs while either soloing or what have you.. most likely best combo for this would be Enchanter/Monk for rune buffs.. Rune would absorb hits while you riposite them back after every attack to every mob around you.
