d3dx9_30.dll Error Help

I'm trying to get SoD running for my friend, but this d3dx9_30.dll error comes up whever we try to run the game. We followed the installation guide step by step, patched, browsed the forums,everything, and couldn't find anything. Any help would be awesome. (As you can tell, I'm no computer wiz... ;))
 
Yea. I don't see whats wrong with it. I followed everything exactly how it says, but nope, still won't work. Any other ideas?
 
I had this exact same problem when I went and patched my SoD (with sony's patcher) to include GoD files as well, like they suggested.
I went to this page and downloaded the .dll file for free and put it in my SoD folder. That fixed the problem.

Remember to re-patch all of the SoD files again though, because doing sony's will wipe out everything that SoD had fixed. The SoD files are available here.
