Yes indeed, thats what we need!

/cm killmessage Die in the name of Underhill!!
/cm deathmessage With my last breath, I curse zoidberg!

Then when you get a killshot..

Maimai has slain a grassy gnoll.
Maimai says, 'Die in the name of Underhill!!'

And when you die..

Maimai has been slain by a large bat!
Maimai says, 'With my last breath, I curse zoidberg!'

I think it'd be fun :p

so you curse whoever killed you?

Just have to send a message to client along with the "has been slain" one that looks like say text by the killer and retrieves their message :)

No. I think he wants to have a custom say message for dieing/killing a mob. The same way mobs do. What you posted, is just client side.
 
No. That would have...terrifyingly lame results. It's bad enough with pet names.

Edit: Maybe if it was only displayed locally.
 
If you open up your eqstr_en.txt file, you can modify a lot of the messages you get. If you or any of your friends didn't do it, it was probably one of Wiz's pranks.
