They are a more desirable ranger legs now, in my opinion. (Well, rogues may be willing to loot them too , or even tanks! I just thought of Rangers at first )

So stats were taken off and HP added? Well, all right. They're still just on par or with Ornate Stormforged Chainmail legs.

Those are much better than Ornate dude, look again. You don't need mana as a rogue, nor do you need as much AC. The HP helps for AoE mobs, and it has better melee stats.
