Crashing while zoning

Hoping someone can help me here. I have a problem where everytime I zone into Crystal Caverns my client crashes. I get this in other zones every now and then but CC is the only one that it happens 100% of the time.

I have asked around and so far found no one else this is happening to so I am hoping the problem can be fixed on my end.

Any known fixes for this? Any ideas as to how I can fix this.

Btw this has been happening ever since ToT. Before that it did not happen. It has only recently become annoying as I am spending more and more time there..

There have been some posts about deleting the texture cache files. Look in the forums for that and see if that helps you at all.
