Like others' have said, Prison is a very cool place. Personally one of my favorite 'looking' places is Cmal, specifically the large main area that is cmal3. Highkeep is a very close second.

Best sod unique content is Mielech A through C. All tremendous looking dungeons, and combining Sebilis / mielc as the end zone of this series of dungeons just feels so right.
