I've seen it lamented quite a few times that the amount of buffs cannot be raised because it would require messing with the client, would it be possible instead to consolidate some of the buffs we already have to make some room? It would have to be done carefully to avoid stacking issues, and buffs that are usually needed in their singular form such as shaman cha which is needed with won.
Just a few ideas for buff consolidation:
Essence of Tarhansar + Essence of the Wild
Jayla's Boon + Glory of Enthann
Sihala's Gift + Shroud of Seasons
I realize these buff pairings are a bit odd with haste being jammed in with a mana regen spell but these pairings are simply for the sake of consolidation alone.
Combining just these buffs would free up 3 very needed buff slots, from my point of view as a Beastlord this would be a huge boon for me as I am very short on slots needing both caster and melee buffs, especially so when resists are needed, and with clicky/proc buffs being fairly common at the endgame.
If buff management at it's current level is deemed part of the challenge of the game by the staff then ignore this, but I seem to remember the staff themselves occasionaly wishing they could add more buff slots.
Add your own ideas for buff combinations or simply critique my selections, just remember to keep in mind stacking issues and buffs that are still needed single.
Example:
EoT+EoTW+Focus would be a bad combination, a caster would have to lose out on UV/see invis/ 8 hp a tick/extra HP from Sta when choosing to have WoN instead.
