I'm inclined to agree, But could someone log in lindstrom and take out the Duration inc item and put in his real one for proper comparison?

Lindstrom has vah back, would still prefer him tanking.

But what do I know, I would prefer Plaps over Cyclonus or Anti!

Vah back is pretty good but I don't think it is good enough to make up the substantial difference in AC/HPs.. considering it is a 15 minute cooldown that has a very short duration.

I didn't look at the tome differences, but even though Lindstrom has 12+ tomes on Sema I don't think any of those tomes really make Lindstrom anything more than a marginally better character (magic damage, stats, resists, etc.)

Neither of them even have spell dodge which is pretty hilarious because it is pretty crucial for a high end tank.

Ninja edit: Uzzdaar doesn't even have spell dodge -- bunch of fail Paladins ITT.

So basically the paladin top 5 list stops after Bango and Apros and jumps to Vartenaal.
 
yeah well i do things with my guild and im not a loot whore so everyone has a fair chance at tomes that drop in EF. Its w/e. This is a video game. Not life
 
Sounds like someone needs to kill MK more. Bango soloed it; perhaps you should give that a try.
 
All my important EF tomes I couldn't win a roll for, I just tracked, then made a special tactics group only composed of my friends who had said tome. No claim, no roll, now solo has every viable ef tome, even the sta regen one.

PS: Solo is right, it's kind of amazing what you accomplish when you track, form and lead a group to anything
 
Ok im not in FWF so almost no one in my guild has any EF tome. I always track the shit and set the group up with guild mates that need the gear.

Its a game. who gives a shit. Ill get all the EF tomes before Xenion gets his first runic prolly :dance:
 
EF bosses are 3 day spawns, i got every single EF tome on my ranger in like a 10-15 day span. most of them are better than ikisith tomes and easy to get, so...

If they need the gear, just take them for the gear. It is perfectly okay to decide who gets what loot before you go.

This is the best strat, how I got most of my EF loot and how I'll eventually get my tomes :p

Also stop being dicks to the paladins about their lack of Tears, its certainly not for lack of trying. I know Uzz has been trying forever and just isn't there when Tears drops.
