From what I understand about the item editor and creating items, no, it can not. You'd have to create multiple augs and code it so that each class receives their aug accordingly.
 
hey guys i know there is probably some debate on updating or tweekin this item but do you think it possible to just get the aug slot fixed, an upgrade would be sweet but being able to use ur SC aug would make me just as happy :dance:
 
i was told i should bump this up due to the fact that zaela is back :toot:, yes yes i kno bumping is bad.
