I was looking through the charms, and was wondering if this is intentional:
Charm of the Barrier [103kish]
AC: 20
Effect: Aura of the Barrier (Worn)
STR: +12 STA: +12 CHA: +12 AGI: +12 HP: +165
SV FIRE: +12 SV DISEASE: +12 SV COLD: +12 SV MAGIC: +12 SV POISON: +12
The first thing I noticed was hey, this thing has +12 to all melee stats besides dex (yet it has 12 cha), maybe a typo? Another thing was that it has no mana whatsoever (though Juggo doesnt have much, either). Lets take a look at some of the charm tiers out there:

AC: 15
Effect: Flowing Thought III (Worn)
STA: +15 WIS: +15 HP: +100 MANA: +100
SV DISEASE: +30
[66kish] Trueshot Charm
AC: 20
Effect: Truesight (Worn)
Skill Mod: Archery +15%
DEX: +20 WIS: +20 HP: +100 MANA: +100
Critical Strike: +3%
[215kish] Juggo Charm
Juggo Charm
AC: 46
Effect: Aura of Invinicibility (Worn)
STR: +25 DEX: +25 STA: +25 AGI: +25 HP: +225 MANA: +100
SV FIRE: +20 SV DISEASE: +20 SV COLD: +20 SV MAGIC: +20 SV POISON: +20
Stun Resist: + 10%
At a first glance, progression looks somewhat linear in reference to price (taking all stats/hp/mana/effects into account). Seeing that for the most part, Charm of the Barrier is about half of the Juggo charm, I think that its likely the cha instad of dex was an typo. Also, comparing to Trueshot, Charm of the Barrier has the same amount of AC (which is probably fair), however, it has no mana (compared to 100 on both Charm of Sihala and Trueshot charm, which also have a good amount of HP on them). We also notice that Juggo has a relatively low amount of mana on it (the same as Charm of Sihala / Trueshot) compared to its relative price.
Overall, I'd think it would be fair for Charm of the Barrier to get its 12 cha changed to dex (maybe an AC or two, or not). Also, maybe look into mana balance for Charm of the Barrier and Juggo, compared to Charm of Sihala / Trueshot.
