Hey. Made a character move request exactly 1 week ago on April 29th after donating for gold status. Wanted my pally moved to an alternate account, but haven't gotten any reply to my email. What to do next?
I'd try shooting another email to [email protected]. Make sure you have included the necessary information: email address used to donate with, donation type (ie: gold), account name to move character from, character name, account name to move character to etc. Also, to make sure your email is not blocked by the spam filter, set the topic to "SOD Donator Status" (without the quotes).
