Since Bancak mines was removed, there is no way to get Rez silks anymore, the only other option is rez urns and those are costly and time consuming to get parts for, jacinth are rare and so is basalm.
What I would like to see is the Darkweaver Queen drop several Rez silks when she is killed. She is never killed at the moment unless the odd XP group decides to try it, and once they do, they usually never kill her again, in fact, both the Darkweaver Queen and Lady of Sorrows remain up because they simple are not worth the hassle for the loot they drop. Lady of Sorrows is a extremely tough split for even the most MR buffed and skilled monk/SK. Only Tarlisha and Jontran are killed. By having the Queen drop rez silks, she would be killed more and people would actually attempt such an encounter rather than going for only Jontran and Tarlisha. I've personally killed Darkweaver once, Lady of Sorrows twice, and Jontran at least 15 times, along with a few (i can count 6) boss attempts with one being successful.
