Catacombs And Ancients

I would like to request that Ancient Spell Scrolls be added to the loot tables of the first 3 Catacombs named. My reasons are simple:

1) I have seen at least 2 ancients drop from The Funeral Guardian in Cmal3. Every named in Catacombs is harder than The Funeral Guardian. I would even argue that the named in Catacombs are harder than some WW/EDHK named that also drop ancients, although they are on a longer respawn.
2) Tarlisha, the boss of the zone, drops relics. I don't see why her lesser minions would not drop appropriately powered spell scrolls.
3) It would encourage more lower end people to go to the zone.
4) Ancient scrolls could be vendored to make up for low amount of platinum the trash mobs in Catacombs drop.

I'm not asking for the drop rate on them to be very high, I just don't see why the named mobs in Cmal3 drop ancients while the named mobs in Catacombs do not. I don't know the exact respawn on the normal (Non 3.2+/Tarlisha) named in either zone, but if the respawn is significantly shorter in Catacombs I can see why they would not drop ancients.

Well I don't know the time on normal cmal 3 named spawns(Thought it was 3 days?) either however the first two in catacombs I was under the impression they spawned once a day or somewhere near that, I am unsure on jontran being any longer then them as well.

The zone is slightly more difficult imo then said bosses (Funeral guardian, master, and overseer) and I can't understand why they wouldn't have atleast a chance to do it.

Ancient scrolls can already be turned in for money, by anyone who does not have ancient spells left to get or never get any. You turn it in to the spell giver for plat. Same can be done by relic spells.

The logic is there for your assumption to make sense. Logic does not exist at all times here though.

I don't understand why you said this. Perhaps you are misunderstanding something in my post? If so let me know and I will clarify.

Yes, hence this request. Not only is it logical but it would give lower end players, who (in my personal observation, I have no real data here) would rather not go out of their way to go to the zone, motivation to head there more often.

As for cata ancients, i support this this, Cata is a pain in the ass compared to cmal

Since the thread has been necroed... Bladelord down in Mielech C also drops Anicents and hes a lot easyer then Cata names as well.

Cata also has much much better rewards than Cmal. I am going to mull over having a low drop rate on the first named but in all honesty the cmal ancients were added there because it had nothing else going for it at the time. Although it makes sense from a relative difficulty perspective I am not sure how much more single group content we want to be ancient dropping.
